It’s been 3 years post treatment and I still love it it connects with my drs and I can easily send a message to them. My husband was able to use the app with ease through the whole process. I kept up with it especially when I was worried. I could easily access everything while going through treatment. I downloaded the app and I see the results (most of them) the same day. I had test after test done and blood work every day. They never kept me up to date with anything. Novant is by far the best! In 2019 I battled lymphoma with another hospital. We wanted to let you know that we just released a fix (v1.6.4 for iOS) to the navigation header and you are now able to see shared profiles to switch between your profile and theirs, and still navigate from M圜hart back to MyNovant. Thanks again for providing your feedback on 6/4/21! As we had previously responded, the MyNovant app has replaced our legacy Novant Health app which has been removed from the App Store. Hers seams to be much more user friendly, but it is not available on the App Store. I also can’t find the “Novant Health” app that my wife uses. I would contact customer support instead of writing a review, but it is impossible to find a contact number or email to get ahold of them. Hi - Thanks for providing feedback and we are sorry that you seem to be experiencing difficulty setting up your M圜hart account, which we provide access to after signing into our MyNovant app. If only they would fix the auto-signing out issue, I would give it a solid 4.5 stars. I’m one of those phone-phobic introverts who hates talking on the phone, and I’m sure I’m not the only one. It has proven to be a very effective way to communicate directly with docs and being able to review my own labs and imaging. I know it can be done because I don’t have this issue with Carilion M圜hart.īesides that, it’s great. It should be noted that I am very annoyed right now because I’ve been trying to fill out the long medical history info for visit with new doc and it has signed me out three times…and erased all the info when it does.
